strenght

Ok back to the gym today after two days of no exercise (except that involving my arms!) and my strenght was back, thank god, as last week my first week back after my holiday break I felt so weak and couldnt manage the weights or reps i had been doing previously, so game on and back to normal, Yahoo!  My new program which I have been waiting for with baited breath has still not shown up, so I just did a hybrid back and abs workout cobbled together from my old program.. it went well and felt good.  I am focusing on lifting heavier for less reps and cutting back the sets in a majority of the exercises so I dont get too knackered too quickly.
Had a good cardio session this morning before work, nice 39min walk, nothing too hard out as i have a lovely crop of mossie bites and didnt want them to go feral on me too early in the day.. nothing worse than being itchy and scratchy.
Foods good too,  nothing "bad" has crossed my lips today but after the last three weeks hmm well you know. Chilli tuna bake for tea tonight mmmm
